From the factory, the Can-Am Ryker Rally 900 is tuned far too soft. This makes the vehicle feel very “spongy” and “wobbles” a lot in the curves.
This costs stability and reduces the driving pleasure.
With the Wilbers suspension solutions, the spring rate is tuned much harder and the damping of the shock absorbers is adjusted.
For the front shocks we offer two different settings.
A comfort or standard set-up and a sporty set-up.
The rear shock absorber is, of course, customised to the rider’s profile.
The suspension geometry on the front and rear axle is optimised via the negative spring travel. With the standard suspension, the vehicle clearly has too much negative spring travel, which is why it is adjusted.
This results in slightly shorter suspension struts at both the front and rear – but the seat height remains unchanged.
With pivoting compression tank.
If you had to describe the Wilbers twin shock absorbers type 633 TS with one single word it would be “flexibility”! The compression reservoirs can be turned for up to 360°, so that installation is possible for most motorcycle models with dual shocks. As always the shocks are custom made and can be completely dismantled so that repairs or modification can be made after many years. They are completely tunable in compression, rebound and spring preload and offer optimal function, handling and individuality. You can rely on the very best materials that ensure best Wilbers quality and best price performance ratio!
