The Kawasaki ZX-6R (ZX636G) comes standard with linear fork springs. The Wilbers conversion also uses linear fork springs, which are a little harder. In addition, the Wilbers Zero Friction fork oil with an adapted air chamber is used.
This optimises the damping, the negative spring travel as well as the response behaviour.

The Kawasaki ZX-6R is delivered from the factory with slightly too high negative spring travel. Due to the minimally shorter Wilbers strut, the seat height remains the same as on the standard suspension.
In the standard version the shock absorber has clearly too much rebound damping. The Wilbers shock absorber optimises both rebound and compression damping.
This results in the additional advantage of a larger adjustment range compared to the standard suspension. This results in a better ride and better handling, which also contributes to a safer ride.
